I can see it is hard to find clear
information about how does this program
work, and a lot of assholes who really
donīt want to help, so PLEASE somebody
tell me where can I get some tutorial,
and overall on how to save files in
comon use formats as mp3 or wav. File
converters don't recognize .hh files or
any of which this program saves as...

I use Cool Edit 96 to convert from WAV to PCM RAW. Keep in mind that if the wav file is 32-bit, you will need to convert it to a 16-bit to get CoolEdit to open it properly. You can do this by opening the WAV in Audacity and EXPORTING it as a 16-bit wav.
